Arrow Pet armor

Pets can be fairly useful in a few fights, if only to end them a bit quicker, but other than that a pet has little use in battle. One thing that might make them more useful, and certainly more fun is armor. Being able to buy and craft armor for pets would, in my opinion, be very enjoyable and make them look more impressive. Because some pets continue to grow until they reach level 20 pet armor would not be available until your pet is full grown, aka level 20.

I've seen a suggestion like this one.
People stated that just a collar or something like that should be enough.

woo, yea but i would /sign this if it did not add new skin jsut new effects cause look at it this way, how many charmable pets are there, ALOT, and if you add 3 skins for each pet you get anet spending WAY too much time on this, but a colar that you could get that tailored your pet to you, like give it more life, more armor, or more damage would be nice.

I get annoyed when I see people dressing their dogs and cats with sweaters in real life. The pets think its embarresing and I think it looks ignorant.

Pets dont need to be anymore powerful they are just fine.

Armor for pets is a bad idea, as it would cost too much time to make, and youd have everyone run around with a pet with armor...

I just think they need to get an integrated "armor" so that they dont die too fast...

Well.. black moas have those spikes... I would be fun to have to models, one with the collar and one without.

The armor could be a way to manually switch the Dire Hearty, etc... ,etc
They could put an armor slot in the pet dialog.
And make pets' health bar appear in cities like hoero ones whenever you put the Charm animal skill in your healthbar, to be able tose the button, activate the panel and put the pet armor piece.

It's not really about armor, but about any kind of gear you could make your companion wear.
